A badminton club based at Penistone Grammar School Sports Centre, Shepley Badminton Club welcomes both male and female players from the ages of teens to 60 plus.  We have members who've been playing for decades and others who've just started learning this sport.  It's sociable, it's strategic, it's fun, it's challenging both physically and mentally.  Once you start to enjoy the game of badminton it's hard to put your racket down! Our club operates on both a social and competitive level, running club nights and match nights and competing with two teams, one in each of the Barnsley and District and Huddersfield and District Leagues.
